Her real estate experience includes residential sales, investment properties, relocation, property management, REO transactions, and commercial real estate. She works with buyers and sellers at multiple stages of homeownership, including first-time buyers, move-up clients, investors, military and relocating households, and luxury clients. LaTarsha also holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation.
Her individual career production includes 400+ closed transactions totaling $62M+ in sales volume.
As Qualifying Broker, LaTarsha’s role extends beyond her individual transactions. She leads We Shine Realty Experts, supports brokerage operations and compliance, develops real estate agents, and promotes structured systems for client service, business development, professional growth, and sustainable brokerage operations.
In May 2026, LaTarsha earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Management from Amridge University. Her doctoral training complements nearly two decades of practical real estate and brokerage experience, strengthening the organizational leadership, management, systems, and professional-development perspective she brings to We Shine Realty Experts and the agents she serves.
Her work through Powerhouse Now Academy further reflects her commitment to real estate education, mentoring, leadership development, and helping real estate professionals build profitable, sustainable, systems-driven businesses.
LaTarsha’s professional footprint includes Montgomery and communities throughout the River Region, while We Shine Realty Experts also serves clients in select Central and East Alabama markets.
